There is an operational Gulbranson organ for your playing pleasure. If you do not know how to play, there are tutorial music books in the bench. Kitchen is well stocked with all you would need. Toilets in Bathroom are High Comfort Rise. Washer & Dryer located in the two car garage. Rear covered patio has enclosed rear yard for privacy and has glass table with four chairs. There is also a gas barbeque.

Sun City Grand Recreational Passes are available for the duration of a 30 to 90 day lease for $ 200 per person.
Lease from 90 to 180 days is $ 300 per person.
